Sue learned about the true value of respect and the ultimate costs of incivility during her 18 years as a Forensic Death Investigator at The Medical Examiner’s Office, where she performed the medical investigation of thousands of violent and unexpected deaths. Blending that unique experience with her training as a certified etiquette and protocol consultant is what enables Sue to provide elegant solutions for awkward situations.
